You will learn how to adjust valuation for certain advanced issues. We take a case company and adjust its multiples for noncontrolling / minority interests, equity method investments leases, pensions, stock based compensation and provisions. For each issue, we discuss the accounting, how to adjust multiples and how to adjust DCF. We recommend that you complete the Trading Comparables and DCF courses before attempting this module. A basic understanding of accounting principles is a prerequisite.
